According to Martin, the new small business dealer programme will:
• Enhance customer prospecting
• Enhance small business customer relationship marketing
• Add additional support on more marketing
• Provide greater demonstrator support
• Be run through the 35 Hyundai Business Centres
“Small businesses will see much greater engagement from us – and we’ll be communicating to a much wider audience what Hyundai can do for the small businesses,” added Martin.
There are plenty of new products on the way to attract the small business buyer, too.
The i20 has been launched which Wilson says is “a game changer for us”.
“We’ve seen a dramatic shift in RVs (Residual Values) from old model to new – up to a 10% increase in many cases to make it the i20 class leading in many derivatives. Which also helps improve our contract hire offers.
“The i20 makes a very strong business decision backed up by our award winning after sales package. We now have a credible alternative to Fiesta and Polo which were sector leaders.”
