Lease4Less makes car leasing simple

The proposal

Clients can send in their details, online, over the phone or in writing.

As you would expect from any reputable leasing company, a short credit script will be read to prior to application advising you that your credit file will be searched by the funder, asking for your consent.

The processing fee is payable at this point, or it can be incorporated into the customer’s rental agreement – this is fully refundable if your application fails.

Account managers keep in touch with clients throughout this process and customers know in advance which finance company their details are being submitted to.

Order procedure

When funding is secured, customers are sent a vehicle order form that can be signed electronically or in writing and a £500 deposit is payable to secure the order (cancellation fees may apply).

Once the order has been processed a member of the team emails the client to request any proof of identity that may be required.

Finance documents

When proof of identity documents have been received and processed, finance documents are then sent out. Upon receipt, customers are contacted with an anticipated delivery date and time frames.

Vehicle delivery

When the vehicle is ready for delivery, a delivery slot will be confirmed at the client’s convenience. Experienced drivers will contact the customer approximately thirty minutes prior to delivery; a transporter can be arranged, which will usually incur a cost.

The driver will demonstrate the controls on the vehicle and ask for a delivery note to be signed

Customer care

After delivery, customers can still contact Lease4Less if they have any queries or problems – the team are on hand to assist and advise.

End of leasing contract

Lease4Less contact clients 6 months before the end of their contract to discuss the options available; clients may wish to explore contract extension (if possible) or look at alternative vehicle quotations. Of course, collection can also be arranged.

Simon Wroe, continued;

“There is nothing worse than not knowing what you are entering into – and life is busy! This is why we aim to make every step of the leasing experience easy for the clients.

It may sound like a cliché, but we are there to do all the hard work for them, and get them a competitive deal at the same time.”
