The XXImo-platform registers all business mobility incurred costs and specifies all transactions on one collective invoice; these invoices are accepted by The Inland Revenue for VAT returns.

LeasePlan Belgium has also partnered with XXImo to launch a new app. The app allows users access to their mobility budget, as well as nearest charging station, taxi, train, or parking locations. The app can also be used to plan journeys by public transport. Cardholders will have online access to their transactions and types of services their employer has authorised them to utilise; they can also consult a seven day service desk.
