The arrival of a Ford Mustang with a 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine might just mean that with a little 'man maths' it could be on the company car list one day

…and if the EcoBoost sounds a bit whimpish, there’s always the 5-litre V8

“This EcoBoost engine delivers the healthy output that Mustang drivers expect regardless of the speed with a broad, flat torque curve and great driveability under any conditions”.

The big remaining question, though, is whether the new smaller EcoBoost engine will sound the part, and for those with doubts on that score, the Mustang will still be available with a 5.0-litre V8 providing 426PS and 529Nm of torque.
