Apart from the BlueGT and GTI models, there are four trim levels – S, SE, SE Design and SEL.
All cars get Blutooth and a USB connector, a colour touch screen and a DAB radio. The base S model doesn’t have aircon as standard, although that’s included in a separately listed S A/C variant.
The SE gets 15-inch alloys, chrome exterior trim, a leather-trimmed steering wheel, a trip computer and a media system with a larger 6.5-inch screen. The SE Design adds items such as black gloss finishes, alternative interior trim treatments, and 16-inch alloys.
Finally, the SEL gets extra features such as front fog lamps, tinted rear windows, and front and rear parking sensors.
UK order books for the revised Volkswagen Polo open on 23 April, and the first cars will be delivered to customers in July.
