SEAT Leon 2.0-litre TDI 150 X-PERIENCE
The SEAT switches seamlessly from two to four wheel drive when it begins to lose traction

What’s not?

  • The Leon X-PERIENCE is an attractive package, but at £26,370 it’s not a cheap car. In fact it’s a £3,000 jump over the already excellent standard ST estate! We’d also advise, looking at the Octavia Scout which is a similar proposition and almost £900 cheaper with the same TDi 150 engine.

Verdict on the SEAT Leon 2.0-litre TDI 150 X-PERIENCE

The Leon X-PERIENCE is a sensible addition to the Leon range, as despite the taller ride height and four-wheel drive it drives as well and is as practical as the standard ST on which it’s based.

However, it’s expensive when compared to the standard estate, but should appeal to company buyers trading down from full-size SUVs, with its 129g/km Co2 figures, equalling a 21% Company Car Tax band.
