Car4Leasing operate their administration from a bespoke CRMS – customer relationship management suite – that allows them to organise their sales follow-ups, manage their orders, set tax-disc reminders, and of course, ensure that end of contract follow-ups are made.
Their CRMS also is the hub for their in-house marketing and newsletters.
