HYUNDAI fleet boss Martin Wilson has bolstered his fleet team with the appointment of a new rental and Motability manager: Val Geary.

Martin said that Geary will help accelerate Hyundai’s growth in the rental and Motability sectors, which has already seen success thanks to consistent pricing, he added.

Val Geary joins Hyundai after five years at Motability Operations, Geary progressed to the role of manufacturer account manager after starting in a graduate role in 2010.

“Val brings some great experience from working at Motability Operations. His insight will be invaluable as Hyundai expands its presence in these markets,” commented Martin Wilson, Hyundai fleet director.

Hyundai has recently updated the i40 and launched the new Tucson SUV in the UK and is planning to launch the i20 Active crossover and update the larger Santa Fe SUV at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Hyundai fleet sales have grown 15% during 2015.
