Vauxhall is offering a van swappage scheme worth up to £7500 for van operators affected by the London Low Emission Zone

Vauxhall Movano has £7,500 swappage allowance

Trade-in deals available on seven-year-old vans

VAUXHALL Commercial Vehicles has announced its response to the forthcoming changes to the London Low Emission Zone (LEZ).

A Vauxhall van swappage scheme will offer owners of older vans savings from £3,000 to £7,500 – and the discounts will apply to seven year-old vehicles and upwards, even though the new LEZ rules, which apply from January 3, 2012, only apply to 10-year-old vans.

The Vauxhall swappage scheme is available via the Vauxhall London Retail Group, and the swappage savings are available to customers buying a new Vauxhall commercial vehicle before the end of December 2011.

The Vauxhall swappage allowances extend across almost the entire range with Astravan, Combo and Vivaro all included as well as all panel vans and chassis cabs plus the nine-seater Vivaro Combi. The discounts are are as follows:

  • Vauxhall Corsavan: £3,000
  • Vauxhall Astravan: £4,000
  • Vauxhall Combo: £4,000
  • Vauxhall Vivaro: £5,500
  • Vauxhall Movano: £7,500

However, some vehicles are excluded from the deal, such as Vauxhall Combo Expression and Vauxhall Movano Expression, as well as the forthcoming new range of Vauxhall Movano Combi and 17 Seat Minibus and upcoming L1 versions of the Vauxhall Movano Panel Van.

The deals are available through participating London Vauxhall Van Dealers only apply to retail and small business customers only.The Vauxhall London Retail Group network comprises 35 Vauxhall retailers in and around the M25.
