Families will appreciate the extra space in the 3rd row (the ‘back back!’) of the new XC90

Seats – usually a Volvo strong point – are designed to take up less cabin space than before. Second row passengers now get individual seats and there’s more space in the third row. Four-zone climate control should help everyone aboard stay comfortable.

The new Volvo XC90 is the first car to use the firms’s Scalable Product Architecture (SPA), which creates a far wider range of design options, and should also make use of the company’s new range of engines, already introduced to other Volvo models earlier this year.

Volvo says that it will reveal the new XC90’s exterior design in August.
