“My focus remains on our simple aim to make Mercedes-Benz the best, most approachable and easiest car company to do business with in the market. Be it a new or a used car, we want to deliver a benchmark service.
“I’ve got an amazing team around me who I know will continue to deliver great results, as we did last year. In moving into this role, it allows Sally Dennis to be recognised for her hard work in the transformation in customer engagement which has led to the significant results we are seeing today. With Sally in charge I know fleet are in safe hands and will continue to thrive.”
Sally Dennis added: “My first job will be to continue the momentum we’ve built up within the fleet sector as well as building on our hard won reputation within the fleet community that’s reflected in our rise in business last year. We’ll continue to adapt and change in order to suit the ever changing requirements of our customers.”
A further change in the Mercedes fleet team sees Ian Newman take on the role of national fleet development manager. Ian continues to be responsible for the SME sales channel as well as delivering small business and SME small fleet sales via the Mercedes-Benz dealer network.
