Leon X-PERIENCE the bridge to the forthcoming SUV
“The Leon X-PERIENCE is the stepping stone to the all-new C-segment off-roader that was previewed at this month’s Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale next year.
SEAT are known for a number of things positively, but we’re not that well known for four-wheel drive cars. This car will set the scene, so people will look at SEAT and realise that four-wheel drive is an opportunity, especially when the new SUV comes. Hopefully it will stand us in good stead.
The new SUV when it comes will sit above the Leon and give us an offering in a higher company car choice banding than we’ve had before.”

Launch of a new sub-brand
“Cupra and Ecomotive are already well-known SEAT sub brands; in the future there could be a whole range of X-PERIENCE models and the logical first step could be the new SUV.
It’s safe to say that we’re going to be making quite a bit of noise about four-wheel drive in the future, more than some of rivals do.”
