Sean Joyce, a motoring law expert who writes for Business Van Manager, is presenting a seminar at Haydock Park Racecourse, Merseyside, on law and driving on business.
The event is on June 16, and is free to attend.
Sean is a partner with north-west law firm Stephensons Solicitors. He is a motoring law expert who represents drivers in relation to all types of road traffic offences. These range from speeding to death by dangerous driving. Sean has a proven track record in avoiding penalty points and disqualifications from driving.
Other presentation will be from transport consultants RTC Consulting and car dealership RRG Group.
The seminar will be of use for van operators and van drivers who must drive as part of their job. The event will provide advice on the most common road traffic offences and how to make sure your vans comply with the law. It will also provide tips on economical ways to purchase company vehicles.
“With continuous changes to road traffic law and the constant threat of other road users, motoring prosecutions are common and a particular hazard for business people on the move,” commented Sean Joyce.
“This seminar is therefore a must for any businesses which use vehicles in their everyday dealings. It will give advice on how to deal with traffic prosecutions and expert commentary on the most common road traffic offences including driving without due care and the latest on corporate manslaughter.”
Each attendee will also be given free membership to Stephensons’s Carry on Driving service, which provides access to a 24-hour legal advice helpline for those involved in road traffic case.
