“With continuous changes to road traffic law and the constant threat of other road users, motoring prosecutions are common and a particular hazard for business people on the move,” commented Sean Joyce.

“This seminar is therefore a must for any businesses which use vehicles in their everyday dealings. It will give advice on how to deal with traffic prosecutions and expert commentary on the most common road traffic offences including driving without due care and the latest on corporate manslaughter.”

Each attendee will also be given free membership to Stephensons’ Carry on Driving service, which provides access to a 24-hour legal advice helpline for those involved in road traffic case.

How to attend

The event is free but businesses must register as places are limited. Register your attendance by calling Lesley Davies at Stephensons on 01942 774462.
