Mazda CX-3
Mazda’s baby SUV made its European debut at Geneva and has the Honda CR-V, Nissan Juke and Vauxhall Mokka in its sights.
Loosely based on the latest Mazda2, one of the CX-3 highlights is the crisp exterior styling, with the complex surface detail down the side and that large family grille at the front.
Powered by a choice of three 2.0-litre engines, two petrols with 118 or 148bhp and a 104bhp diesel; all mated to six-speed manual transmission, with six-speed automatic transmission available as an option.
Five trim levels are available: SE, SE Nav, SE-L, SE-L Nav and Sport Nav. All have 16-inch alloy wheels and heated electric folding door mirrors. Prices start at £17,595 and the CX-5 goes on sale in June.
