EACH year, there’s something called the Fleeteye CSI customer satisfaction survey (formerly the ‘Landmark’ survey).

Run by respected fleet industry research and benchmarking specialists Experteye each year, the survey canvasses opinion on how the fleet leasing industry is serving its customers. And then ranks the car leasing companies.

Overall, the leasing companies were good at delivering the product services, but were criticised for not working hard enough on the account management side.
