FORMER RV expert at Mercedes-Benz, Robert Redman, has left the three-pointed star to join valuation experts Glass’s as its new forecast editor.

Reporting to chief car editor Steve Jackson, Robert will be responsible for forecasting Glass’s future car values right across the market.

With over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry, Robert has the depth of knowledge to take on the crucial new role for Glass’s. Most recently Robert  was passenger car risk specialist in the Residual Value and Portfolio Department at Mercedes-Benz. Other key roles have been held at:

  • Vauxhall Masterhire
  • Rybrook Jaguar, and GE Fleet Services.

Robert  has also worked as a specialist classic car restorer.

“Coming to work at Glass’s is something of a dream come true. As a car and motor trade enthusiast, there is perhaps more knowledge in our head office than anywhere else in the country,” commented Robert Redman on his appointment.
