BMW launches new X6 model

BMW is launching an all-new model: the X6.

It goes on sale during 2008.

BMW calls the X6 a Sports Activity Coupe.

It slots in above the BMW X5 SUV.

The new BMW X6 combines the attributes of an SUV (high seating position, 4×4) with the elegant lines of a coupe and the performance of a sports car.

The BMW X6 is a four-seater and introduces new BMW technology: Dynamic Performance Control. This improves grip and handling.

Engines include a 3.0-litre diesel with 235hp and 34.4mpg economy.
