Carl Bayliss – back in the UK and now appointed Infiniti’s country manager

INFINITI has appointed Carl Bayliss as its new country manager. Carl replaces Steve Oliver, Infiniti’s previous regional director, who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of Infiniti.

In this new role, Carl Bayliss will be based at the company’s regional office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire and be responsible for all business activities including sales, marketing and network development.

“Infiniti is undergoing a major transformation globally and in Europe in order to prepare itself for future growth and the introduction of the new Q30 model later this year,” commented Carl Bayliss on his appointment.

“Infiniti is continuing to develop itself as a leading global player within the premium sector and I am pleased to be back in my home country leading the UK team at this important time.”

Bayliss, a British national, was previously a senior manager, network development & premium customer experience at Infiniti Global Headquarters in Hong Kong.

Carl is well versed in the automotive sector, having also worked for luxury and premium brands such as Ferrari and Porsche, specialising in after sales and training before being appointed market manager for Bugatti Far East.
